Sr. Sales Operations Analyst

You will be the liaison between Sales and the various departments within the company. Your duties would include managing the company’s SFDC and Datahug instance, quote generation, sales order submissions, analyzing and generating ad hoc reports, and ensuring all deals are in compliance.

You would also be involved with the onboarding and development of new Account Managers by walking them through the sales processes in person or virtually via WebEx. In addition, you will monitor sales support metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of Sales Operations experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a SFDC Administrator
  • Advanced level of knowledge of Excel and PwerPoint
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of relationship database software
