Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Develop target prospect lists, work closely with account executives in specific territories, and execute cold outreach to decision makers and influencers
  • Independently seek prospects beyond demand generation coverage
  • Manage various prospecting and social media tools for prospect development such as InsideView and LinkedIn
  • Interact with prospects and provide high level offering information
  • Generate sales qualified leads and set sales appointments
  • Manage prospecting status and forecasting in Salesforce.com and SalesLoft

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years at a B2B organization in an inside sales or sales development role
  • Excellent instincts for conversing with executives, decision makers, and influencers, and ability to think on the fly
  • Comfortable working in a start-up type environment where responsibilities change as needed
  • Strong work ethic and possess the desire to master the art of selling and achieve quota
  • Fluency in English along with superb phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • BA/BS degree is preferred
